​Life is filled with transitions.  These transitions can be rewarding, challenging, and even painful.  The beginning or ending of a relationship; experiencing financial gain or loss; aging of parents; retirement; or the passing of a loved one are just a few examples of life's transitions.  While change is constant, God is changeless.

Even before I knew what it was called, I was serving as a Christian Life Coach.  I have always wanted and sought to be of assistance to others as they navigate through life. 

I have experienced several transitions in my life and   I know what it is to feel stuck and unable to take the next step.  While it can feel overwhelming,  progress starts by taking that next first step.
